Do you need experience to train in the Cross Training area?
No, the intensity adjusts to your level. You start with simple movements and step it up when you’re ready.
What equipment is available in the Cross Training area?
Boxes, kettlebells, sledges, slam balls and Nike Strength functional training equipment, in a large open-plan space dedicated to free training and circuit training.
Are the sessions long?
Quite short and intense: 20 to 40 minutes is all it takes for a challenging session. Ideal when you’re short on time.
