FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Do you need to be in good physical shape to train in the Cardio area?

No. You set the intensity yourself and gradually increase the workload as you go along. Cardio is actually the ideal way to get (back) into it.

Treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers and the latest generation of Technogym functional training equipment, to vary your workouts and engage your entire cardiorespiratory system.

The devices are connected: you can track your progress and performance session by session.

20 to 30 minutes of focused training is enough. With interval training, you’ll be pushing yourself to a high intensity in a short space of time.
