At the heart of the club, our Yanga hydration station is there for you at every session. The idea is simple: you fill your water bottle with filtered, flavoured water enriched with vitamins, in the flavour of your choice. Zero sugar, barely any calories, and much more enjoyable than a simple glass of water.
Yanga is an excellent hydration supplement for your indoor workouts. During very long or very intense sessions, it is not a substitute for water or a specific isotonic drink, but it makes everyday hydration much more enjoyable.
