Article 1: Company
These General Membership Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

hereinafter referred to as “Fitness Campus”
and any individual who takes out a membership with Fitness Campus, hereinafter referred to as the “Member”.
Article 2: Purpose
Membership grants access to the facilities, equipment and services included in the plan selected at the time of enrolment.
The included services may change in order to continuously improve the experience offered to Members.
Article 3: Membership Conditions
All memberships are personal, issued in the Member’s name and non-transferable.
Fitness Campus may request proof of identity at any time.
Any false declaration may result in the immediate termination of the membership without a refund.
Article 4: Age Requirements
Access to the club is permitted from the age of 16.
Minors must provide written authorisation from their legal representative.
Article 5: Opening Hours
The club is open:
7 days a week
From 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Fitness Campus may exceptionally change these opening hours or close all or part of the club for reasons including maintenance, safety, construction work, events or force majeure.
Such closures do not entitle Members to any compensation.
Article 6: Access to the Club
Access is restricted to Members holding a valid membership.
Identification may be carried out using:
- The Fitness Campus application
- A QR code
- An access card
- Any other system implemented by Fitness Campus
Any fraudulent use may result in:
- Immediate termination of the agreement
- Deactivation of access rights
- The charging of administrative fees
- Legal proceedings
Article 7: Membership Plans
Fitness Campus offers several membership plans, including:
- Essential
- Performance
- Unlimited
Each plan may be offered:
- With a minimum commitment period
- Without a minimum commitment period
- With monthly payment
- With annual payment
The benefits included in each plan are those displayed on the website, in the mobile application or at the time of enrolment.
Fitness Campus may change its offerings, introduce new plans or discontinue certain services.
Article 8: Trial Offers
Fitness Campus may offer free or discounted trial periods.
Such offers are available for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers.
Article 9: Fees
The applicable fees are those displayed on the date of enrolment.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website, in the mobile application or in marketing materials are calculated on a four-week basis, corresponding to 28 days.
Memberships paid monthly are nevertheless debited once per calendar month.
To ensure compliance with the advertised four-week rate, the amount debited is adjusted according to the number of days in the relevant month.
For example:
- A plan advertised at CHF 69.00 per four weeks represents an annual cost of approximately CHF 897.00.
- Monthly debit amounts may therefore vary slightly depending on the relevant month.
Annual memberships are payable in one instalment.
Promotional offers are available for a limited time and never apply retroactively.
Article 10: Payment
Memberships may be paid:
- By automatic monthly debit
- By annual payment
Payments are processed through the payment platform used by Fitness Campus, including Echino and its partners.
The Member undertakes to maintain a valid payment method throughout the duration of the membership.
Article 11: Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment:
- Access may be suspended immediately.
- Administrative fees may be charged.
- Default interest may be applied in accordance with Swiss law.
- The matter may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Debt collection costs shall be borne by the Member.
Article 12: Contract Duration
The duration of the agreement depends on the selected plan.
Memberships may be:
- Subject to a minimum commitment period
- Without a minimum commitment period
The specific terms are stated at the time of enrolment.
The payment method, whether monthly or annual, is independent of the minimum commitment period.
Article 13: Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically.
Renewal takes place in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of enrolment.
Article 14: Termination
Memberships without a minimum commitment period may be terminated at any time in accordance with the procedures stated at the time of enrolment, subject to the applicable notice period.
Memberships subject to a minimum commitment period may not be terminated before the end of that period, except where required by mandatory law or with the written consent of Fitness Campus.
Any amounts already due remain payable.
Article 15: Suspension
A suspension may be granted in particular in the event of:
- An accident
- Illness
- Pregnancy
- Military service
- Professional relocation
- Relocation abroad
Supporting documentation may be required.
A suspension may last between 7 and 90 days in any twelve-month period.
Article 16: Absence
Any absence or failure to use the facilities does not entitle the Member to a refund.
Article 17: Referral Programme
Fitness Campus may offer various referral programmes.
The applicable terms shall be those communicated at the time of each promotion.
Article 18: Conduct
The Member undertakes to:
- Respect other Members
- Respect staff
- Respect the equipment
- Behave courteously
Any violent, aggressive, discriminatory or dangerous behaviour may result in immediate exclusion.
Article 19: Clothing
Appropriate sportswear and clean footwear reserved for indoor use are mandatory.
Article 20: Hygiene
The use of a towel is mandatory.
Each user must clean the equipment after use.
Article 21: Mobile Phones
Telephone calls must be kept discreet.
Headphones are mandatory for any audio playback.
Any photography or filming must respect the image and privacy rights of other Members.
Article 22: Image Rights
Fitness Campus may take photographs or record videos for communication and promotional purposes.
Any objection must be submitted in writing.
Article 23: Unlimited Guest Benefit
Members holding an Unlimited membership may invite one person to accompany them free of charge during their workout.
This benefit is exclusively available when the Unlimited Member is present in the club at the same time as their guest.
The guest is entitled only to the services included in the Essential plan.
In particular, the guest is not entitled to:
- Sauna access
- Hydromassage chairs
- Technogym Checkup assessments
- Shop discounts
- Premium benefits
- Any other benefit reserved for Performance or Unlimited memberships
Fitness Campus reserves the right to limit, suspend or withdraw this benefit in the event of misuse.
Article 24: Coaching
Only coaches approved by Fitness Campus are authorised to carry out paid coaching activities within the club.
Article 25: Health
The Member declares that they are fit to engage in physical activity.
In case of doubt, the Member is responsible for consulting a healthcare professional.
Article 26: Insurance
Each Member is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
Article 27: Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used in accordance with the displayed instructions.
Any deliberate damage may be charged to the Member.
Article 28: Personal Belongings
Personal belongings remain under the sole responsibility of the Member.
Fitness Campus accepts no liability for any loss, theft or damage.
Article 29: Lockers
Lockers are intended for use only while the Member is present in the club.
Any locker that remains occupied after closing time may be opened.
Article 30: Video Surveillance
The club is monitored by video surveillance in accordance with Swiss law in order to ensure the safety of persons and property.
Article 31: Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Fitness Campus Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss data protection legislation.
Article 32: Mobile Application
The Fitness Campus application constitutes an official means of communication with Members.
Important information may be communicated by notification, email or through the application.
Article 33: Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi access may be provided.
Fitness Campus does not guarantee its continuous availability or the absence of interruptions.
Article 34: Force Majeure
Fitness Campus shall not be held liable for any closure resulting in particular from:
- An administrative decision
- A pandemic
- A natural disaster
- A fire
- A major breakdown
- Any event beyond its control
Article 35: Amendments to These Terms and Conditions
Fitness Campus may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable version is the version in force on the date the services are used, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to existing agreements.
Article 36: Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
Amounts payable under this agreement may constitute an acknowledgement of debt within the meaning of Article 82 of the Swiss Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy, provided that the applicable legal requirements are met.
Article 37: Acceptance
The electronic or handwritten signature of the agreement, as well as the digital confirmation completed during enrolment, constitutes the Member’s full and unconditional acceptance of these General Membership Terms and Conditions.
