Do you need experience to work out in the Fitness area?
No. The gym is suitable for all fitness levels. Technogym’s guided machines allow you to get started safely, and the free weights support you as you progress.
What equipment is available in the fitness area?
A full range of the latest generation of Technogym guided machines, as well as a free weights area: Nike Strength dumbbells, Eleiko weights, benches, racks and multi-gyms.
Guided machines or free-loading machines, where to start?
Start with guided machines to learn the movements safely, then move on to free weights to build strength and stability.
I want to tone up without gaining too much bulk, is that possible here?
Yes. By adjusting the weights and the number of repetitions, you can focus your sessions on toning rather than building muscle mass.
