What training spaces will I find at Fitness Campus Lausanne?
Fitness Campus Lausanne offers 5 training areas accessible with every membership:
Fitness – muscle building, getting fit and all-round training on the latest generation of Technogym machines.
Cardio – endurance, calorie burning and cardiovascular training.
Strength – athletic strength, powerlifting and weightlifting, on a platform equipped with Eleiko equipment (bars, discs, platforms and racks).
Cross-training / Hyrox – functional training, HIIT, circuit training and bodyweight exercises, using Nike free-weight equipment.
Abs-Stretching – deep abdominal muscles, core stability, mobility and active recovery.
There are also three wellness areas: Recovery (muscle recovery and relaxation), Check-up (body composition analysis, fitness assessment and performance tracking) and Posing Studio (a dedicated space to work on your presentation and track your progress).
The club will be open 7 days a week from 6 am to 10 pm, and the Fitness Campus app will help you track your progress. All areas are accessible whatever your level, from beginner to advanced.
What are the membership fees for Fitness Campus in Lausanne?
Three membership options, all with unlimited access to the 5 training areas, 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm, and to the app:
Essential – from CHF 69.-/4 weeks · everything you need to train freely.
Performance – from CHF 79.-/4 weeks · the Essential package plus, every month, the infrared sauna, the hydromassage chair, one session with a guest, the Yanga hydration station and a fitness assessment on the Technogym analysis station.
Unlimited – from CHF 89.-/4 weeks · unlimited access to everything: unlimited use of the sauna and hydromassage, one guest per session, a 360° analysis (body, cardio, balance, strength, mobility) and a 10% discount in the shop.
These rates are subject to a 12-month commitment. Plans with no commitment are also available (CHF 89, 99 and 109 per 4 weeks). An annual plan saves you up to CHF 158 over the course of the year. Membership fee CHF 49, with the option to suspend your membership for up to 30 days per year.
